Reviewed and researched a lot of youth bats and by far found that Easton is a great choice. As far as price, Amazon offered the best pricing on this bat as well. My son is 8 and playing select baseball. This bat is a 15 oz. bat with a -13 drop. He gets great speed out of the bat and the 28 inches is perfect for his age group. Overall this has been a GREAT purchase.
